Each of our Helderberg Whiskies (wheat, rye, bourbon) are aged in new charred white oak barrels for a minimum of five years.

 
 

Both our Helderberg Vodka and our 68W American Corn Whiskey are distilled from 100% corn bottled at 82 proof.

The vodka is softer and smoother; the corn whiskey (often misidentified as “moonshine”) has just the slightest sweetness.
